This month on Thurs 29th November 6.30pm. I am reading from What They Left Behind with Shoestring publisher and poetry wiseman John Lucas at the beautifully refurbished Beeston Library. Tickets are free. Click here for booking information.
A couple of weeks later (on Tues 11th December 6.30 – 8pm) I’ll be leading a Thinking Like a Poet writing workshop at Beeston Library where you’ll have the chance to try out activities designed to inspire new ideas and to deepen your understanding of how poets write. Bring a notebook, a pen and an open mind. Be prepared to share some of your new writing with others in the group and to enjoy playing with words. Click here for booking information.
