Copies of my new collection from Shoestring Press are waiting to spring out of their boxes this week. What They Left Behind contains poems inspired by travels to Japan and New Zealand alongside closer to home experiences and a ‘mistake’ section offering insights into diagnosis and treatment. Catch some new poems from me and from Jonathan Taylor and Becky Cullen on National Poetry Day this Thursday (4th Oct) at Five Leaves (7 – 8.30pm).

  1. Have just received my copy of What They Left Behind and am enjoying exploring. Thus far it is proving a delight: a combination of economy and acuity of expression, technical expertise, heightened observation and composed reflection
